DESIGN CRITERIA:

This summer house project is located in Göltürkbükü, one of the most pleasent and warm locations of Bodrum. Instead of following the standard level of submitted residential property understanding, main criteria of this project was to utilize the space to its maximum potential.

The initial phase of this project included the alteriations of all the mechanic and drainage systems around the main entrance area. Different techniques of architectural solutions were applied in order to improve the homeowners quality of life.

Although interior planning took a major role towards the design, fulfiilling elegance had been hidden inside the simplicity in all spaces, during the decoration phase. Subtle details were also cruicial in completing the design.

As we go through Göltürkbükü summer house’s interior design, one can feel the reflections of South of France’s Provance style architectural details and usage of open space. The entrance also becomes a focal part of the house thanks to the updated layout.
